  2. As of lately I have found it really hard to keep a smile on in my work place. This is a bad thing because of the fact that I am in technical support and I am working with the public. It’s really hard to be yelled at all day by customers, look at your coach giving you a horrible face because you state to a customer “I need you to please be patient with me.” Like its a horrible thing, and not have any thing in common with your coworkers, so bad that you can’t hold a conversation with them. So the only people I have to talk to all day is my customers and the occasional conversation with my boyfriend when were not busy. I’m not use to be with a company this long and not having that sense of family and not being promoted. It’s just depressing and hard to do and yes I know it sounds like I’m in need for a change of jobs but that is a lot easier said than done. I just need some helpful tips or techniques that help get you through a hard day if any one has any!

  7. Tomorrow Starts the beginning of Megan and Cali’s 2011 camping trip. Third year in a row. Super excited can’t wait to get out of work and get ready!

  8. Wed:

    Rode the mtn bike close to 2 miles

    Sucked b/c of the heat and sore legs from running Monday.

    Toaday:

    Ran/Walked 2 miles

    Did 30 squats

    Did 30 Calve raises

    Felt my legs get very fatigued by the end of the run.

    Didn’t feel like I was going to throw up this time that’s a good sign.

    Don’t feel as tired at work as I did on Monday after all of that.

    Summary:

    I think I’m getting better at this. I feel better. I feel happier. Not as miserable at work!

  9. Ran/Walked almost 2 miles today. Felt like I was going to puke. First day doing this so I feel that it will get easier for me. This is operation get in shape so that when I mtn bike it’s a lot easier. I also did 30 squats and 30 calve raises. To top it all off went to work right after. Feeling a little drained but it feel some what rewarding to know that the next time I get on my bike it will be that much easier. I’m hoping I can keep the motivation b/c as of lately I have been very lazy on top of not eating so great. I have just had a hard time getting motivated in general lately. I think I have my mojo back though. Wish me luck…
